    Do you have insurance (Public Liability Insurance or letter of intent from your insurer)? * Required

    Projects that are 'Events' are required to attach their Certificate of Currency $20M Public Liability Insurance (or letter of intent from your insurer). All applicants should consider conducting a risk assessment process for their proposed project to address any necessary insurance implications. Organisations should check their current insurance arrangements to determine if any extra cover is required. Applicants should ensure that all staff and volunteers associated with the project have the appropriate mandatory clearances.

    Part B: Applicant Bank Account Details

    If you are successful Council will deposit the determined amount of funding into the nominated bank account. We will request an extract from a current bank account showing the BSB, account number and bank account name or a copy of a deposit slip. This is in order to safeguard the integrity of your banking details.
