2026_2027 Booking Form and Event Application

If you would like to hold a public event on public land, your first step is to contact the Events Unit on 02 6801 4000 or regionalevents@dubbo.nsw.gov.au for advice on the most appropriate and available space for your event.

Event Application and Documentation Timeframes

Micro Events | Fewer than 50 people
Event application and booking form: At least 3 weeks prior
Supporting documentation: At least 2 weeks prior

Minor/Medium | Fewer than 500 people
Event application and booking form: At least 4 weeks prior
Supporting documentation: At least 3 weeks prior

Large | 500 to 1,999 people
Event application and booking form: At least 8 weeks prior
Supporting documentation: At least 6 weeks prior

Significant | 2,000 or more
Event application and booking form: At least 12 weeks prior
Supporting documentation: At least 6 weeks prior

Please note: late documentation may incur a late lodgement fee or result in the application not being accepted.
